Elementary, Middle & High School Art Teachers

Art Teachers – are you interested in glass fusing with your students in your kiln but not sure where to start or how to do it? 

Wait no longer – Let’s get started in Fused Glass!

Amy Dietrich will lead this half day workshop which will provide you four (4) beginner lessons and projects, how to program your digital kiln and firing schedules for glass.  You will complete an example of each lesson project during the workshop using full and tack fuse techniques along with some inclusions.

These projects and lesson plans are geared for Elementary aged students and can easily be adapted to Middle and High school students.  Teachers with access to digital kilns recommended.

Amy Dietrich has been teaching art for more than 12 years.  She is a graduate of Ball State University with a BS in Art Education and a BFA in Studio.  Amy is currently teaching in the Klein ISD. (Hoosiers are winners in my book).
